This course is designed as an introduction to different fields of law as they relate to business. The aim of this course is not to create lawyers or legal experts, but rather to provide an introduction to basic principles of business law in areas such as contracts, tort and employment issues as well as tourism law, competition, corporate and intellectual property law.
